The purpose of CLIQR Quest is to understand how to effectively employ the utility of social media to transform a spontaneous crisis event into an effort that unites people around a common goal to assist in getting aid mobilized and in place efficiently. The CLIQR Quest challenge and the corresponding website exist as a means for users to upload unique codes to compete for an award prize. To submit codes for the challenge, users must provide an e-mail username and a user generated password. No personally identifiable information is required to take part in the challenge. Your e-mail address as a username is solely for the purpose of communicating with you as a registrant/participant and for providing you with updates relating to the challenge. Your information will not be shared, used to identify you, or used for any other purpose.

You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG-authorized use only. By using this IS (which includes any device attached to this IS), you consent to the following conditions: The USG routinely intercepts and monitors communications on this IS for purposes including, but not limited to, penetration testing, COMSEC monitoring, network operations and defense, personnel misconduct (PM), law enforcement (LE), and counterintelligence (CI) investigations.
